Unlocking New Chapters: A Glimpse into My Life Lately

Life has a funny way of keeping us on our toes, and lately, it's been a whirlwind of new experiences and exciting challenges. After seven years of dedicated service at my current company, I was honored with a promotion to a managerial position that encompasses multiple portfolios and the responsibility of leading a brand-new department. The journey has been nothing short of exhilarating. (Trust me... that I really struggle and work my way up).

In this new role, I find myself juggling the guidance and growth of three exceptional team members, with two more soon to join our ranks. The dynamic nature of our tasks keeps me on my toes every day, but it's a journey I wholeheartedly embrace.

But that's just one facet of my life lately. On the home front, I'm navigating the bustling routine of my 10-year-old-son. His schedule is packed with music classes, Cambridge assessment preparations for December, school extracurricular activities, and support classes. It's a consistent balancing act, ensuring he gets the support and attention he needs to thrive.

Adding to this already jam-packed life, I recently embarked on a semester filled with challenging subjects: Organizational Development and Change, and the infamous Research Methodology. Let me tell you, Research Methodology was the toughest nut to crack I've ever encountered. Picture working in a group of ten individuals, each with their unique background and ideology. To top it off, BBA classes for part time students bring new faces each semester, and our lecturer's standards aren't exactly a walk in the park.

My main worry revolved around conquering Research Methodology while shouldering the responsibilities of my newly established department. As a leader, it's essential to set clear expectations and directions for my team members.

I must admit, amid all this, I've missed my blog immensely. The time to sit down and pen my thoughts has been a rare commodity. But today, I decided to take a moment to jot down these updates.

In he midst of this whirlwind, I'm proud to say that I've managed to maintain my cumulative grade point average (CGPA) at 3.64. There are only a few semesters to go until I finally graduate, a testament to the power of determination and time management.

So dear all, as I embark on these new chapters in my life, I invite you to join me on this journey of balancing a thriving career, a bustling family life, and the pursuit of knowledge. Stay tuned for more updates and insights on how I'm managing to unlock new chapters in this ever-evolving adventure.
