Actually iolss dah lama tinggalkan my gym routine sejak melahirkan Ash... dance class ke laut, zumba ke laut... pendek kata semua dah ke laut lah... work out pun dah tak konsisten uolss... Ha ha ha, talking about work out I miss my Paula Abdul work out. So kira2nya dah lama tak keluar peluh di gym lah ni. Rindu jugakk... 

Keadaan dan masa belum mengizinkan... Elehh, alasan jer tu kann??? Masa tu boleh dicari, antara nak dengan tak nak jer... hua hua hua... Saja lettew buat alasan... Dan secara tiba2 my personal trainer dah berbunyi hari ni uolss... uikss siapa tu??? Ha ha ha... my one and only personal trainer... adalah cannot tell... nanti orang kecam iolss gebang dan riak pulak... Dah 2 years plus dah personal trainer ni dengan iolss... Dan personal trainer ni memang iolss senangilah... of course-lah... personal trainer haruslah yang kita selesa kann??? 

Ok stop there tentang identiti personal trainer iolss tu... mulai dari esok kena simpan semula gym outfit and my shoes in my car bonet... Ambil masa ke gym sebentar untuk keluarkan peluh di gym after working hours... Personal trainer dah berbunyi haruslah take action uolss... Katanya iolss dah lama tak bersenam... kena mula balik bersenam... tapi memang betul punnn... kui kui kui... and it is something that I do really miss... Ibarat pucuk dicita, ulam mendatang... 

Treadmill pun dah rindu sangattt dah kat iolss tu... Muahahaha... Tengoklah nanti semput ke tak semput... Kalau tak semput bermakna I am still fit giteww... ahakss perasan dan over sangat Mummy Ash oiiii....

    kalu tak pergi sehari or cuti lama terasa lemau badan ku
    keep it up...jom gi gym :) bestnya ada personal training
