Dah lepas lunch dah pun, baru nak citer pasal Monday Blues...ahakss... 

Familiar kan dengan perkataan ni? M.O.N.D.A.Y. B.L.U.E.S.

Anyone yang ada commitment either belajar atau bekerja memang dah common sangat dah dengan Monday Blues ni dan biasanya...simptom2 kita yang terkena penyakit or sindrom Monday Blues ni, kita rasa macam lesu, malas, mengantuk, letih dan segala sifat2 negatif yang seangkatan dengannya yang terpaksa kita lawan sepanjang hari Isnin tu... Hu hu hu...

And guess what? Ada gaks scientific research yang dibuat pasal sindrom Monday Blues ni... Sepertimana yang saya baca di www.ehow.com .

Kalau bulan2 biasa, kita boleh try minum coffee or makan apa2 jer untuk hilangkan malas atau mengantuk tu, tapi yang tak sihatnya...keep on munching la kan...nanti badan pun boleh tembun...hu hu hu... Tapi kalau bulan puasa? Ha siapa nak jawab? Jawabnya tahan jer la...

Erkss...cam x efective jer tips2 yang dia bagi ni...Entahlah... To me... Redah jer la... Monday Blues pun... Kena set mentality yang kita datang kerja sebab nak cari rezeki, kita gi kuliah/kelas sebab nak cari ilmu... and kita nak satisfaction in whatever we do... So Monday Blues x Monday Blues pun... Bagi saya... Yang paling efective... Beezeekan diri dengan kerja... Automatically...In Shaa Allah...sindrom Monday Blues tu pun hilang bila kita dah beezeee... It's efective on me...sebab bila saya busy, saya lupa terus pasal Monday Blues tu... Uols? Cam mana uols handle? Apa2 pun...

  5. haha tips2 kat atas tu mmg tak membantu langsung...mmg suka atau tak kena harung je monday blues ni....tapi betul jugak kalau betul2 bz sampai tak cukup tangan mmg tak terasa...sedar2 je dah time nak balik....haha

  7. hari ni tiada monday blues tuk saya sebab bercuti dan selalunya tiada monday blues sebab tak sempat..masuk je ofis keje dah melambak..hahaha
