Dinner for yesterday nite (yesterday la kan? sebab no dah 12.17 a.m. semasa entri ni ditaip...ekekekeke)... Healthy food? Ahaks! It seems... Makan healthy food pun once a while, dah gebang giler... wakakakakaka... (berkata2 kepada diri sendiri)...

What does it mean by eating healthy food? Eating healthy means consuming the right quantities of food groups in order to lead a healthy life...dalam erti kata yang lain, makanan seimbang yang dimakan yang memberikan kita tenaga, makanan yang adequate, ada carbohydrate, protein dan lemak secara optimum dan juga kandungan fiber yang mencukupi. Healthy food yang memberi tenaga dapat membina badan (bina badan? wakakakakaka... not jadikan lebih tembun yer...) dan menjauhi kita daripada penyakit.

Cita2 nak mengamalkan pemakanan sihat ni memang dah lama berlegar2 di kotak pemikiran... lol...but honestly when I tried to do so...mesti ada kegagalan sedikit di situ... All the yummylicious foodie yang ada di sekeliling saya membuatkan azam dan niat tu terbatal secara tidak langsung...ekekekeke... Lepas tu pulak, Pink Panther memang jenis mengamalkan pemakanan sihat... everytime nampak jer saya makan fast food... words yang akan keluar dari mulut Pink Panther tu... "Farah...this is not good..." dan lagi sorang my colleague yang everytime nampak saya mula nak suap fast food akan buat script standard cenggini... "Farah, I'm gonna smack you! Fast food again!"...in a cheeky way... lol... 

Jadi, akhirnya berjaya jugaklah kan makan healthy food last nite? *_^... Sponsored dinner... Thanks to my dearie sponsor... ^_^... But it's true la... I feel like my stomach is bloating la makan healthy food tu, makan sikit pun dah rasa kenyang... And it's still yummylicious... Agaknya, this is the way to promote healthy eating pada saya kot? 

How bout uols? Memang sentiasa mengamalkan healthy eating ataupun ada yang terbabas jugak cam sayer? Ekekekeke.... 

*Gonna take my sleep now... tomorrow Monday and it's a busy day... ada kerja yang dah menanti di office esok as the deadline will be tomorrow... So might be flight delay sikit jenguk2 uols di kawasan pentadbiran masing2... Tunggu tau... Jangan x tunggu... Those who knows me, memang dah faham sangat... lewat cam ner pun saya sampai jugak...kan? kan? kan?

  3. hhehee, yeahh kte geng akak..mmg kadang2 terbabas jgk laa..aigoo :D xpe2 yg penting kte kena pandai kawal pemakanan kita dan cuba elakkan drp terbabas...hikss.
