Since day 1 lagi, berkenaan dengan sesuatu yang sayer buat atau pekerjaan yang sayer lakukan... kalau nak berjaya dalam hidup, kalau nak menjadi seseorang dalam hidup, biarlah atas quality yang sayer ader...bukannya atas sebab2 lain. Biarlah aper pown orang nak kater, ketinggalan ker, x open ker... x ini ke, x itu ke... I don't care... Sebab, I know wut my principles are and I know what are my own capability, setakat mana, sehingga ke mana... Hidup ni bagi sayer, kalau nak genggam sesuatu kejayaan tu, sesuatu pencapaian tu, biarlah atas hasil daya usaha sendiri...purely from your ownself... your performance... barulah satisfaction dapat dicapai... 

Sad but true, trending corporate world sekarang nih, if you want to become someone in an organization, or if you want to be on a solid ground in terms of career assurance... among the ladies, ada yang sanggup bagi 'extra service' just to ensure yang diaorang dapat promotions, positions diaorang safe in the organization and x der saper2 bley touch diaorang even though they've done a big mistake... yang di atas pulak... dah memang ler tunggu2 saat keemasan nih, senyum lebar jer la... tanpa menyedari that they are jeopardizing the organization dalam x sedar itself... Hu hu hu... frankly, am against this culture... dan sangat2 x suka bilermana wujud keadaan macam ni... it's not fair for the rest of the team who actually performing better than them... 

Biler wujud keadaan sebegini, the wrong person for a certain designation or position in an organization yang knowledge kurang or 'zero'... memang ler x ley wat keje...and x perform... tapi diaorang aper keysah ye x? Janji, they got what they want...position and money... Biler dah x tau nak wat kerja...mulalah diaorang delegate... susah payahlah orang lain buat keje... pas tu all the credits goes to them...sebab dah hasilkan sesuatu kerja yang terbaik... walhal... yang buatnya orang lain... X ker discrimination namanya tu? Sian yang susah payah wat kerja tuh kan? 

For now, dengan experiences yang ada at few of the work places that I've went...memang pernah nampak dengan bijik mata nih sendiri keadaan nih berlaku... it's real... "if you want to become someone, if you want to be promoted, you have to give an 'extra service' to those big fish in the organization, you gotta catch them"... 

That's so not my type of doing things... eh, jangan terkejut taw... isteri orang pown ada yang sanggup cenggini... bukan gadis2 jer... If you ask me.... I chose dignity and my quality and work performance... I want to be judged and rate based on those.... and I always believe in it... Tidak sekali2 nak terlibat dengan corporate game yang di-create oleh wanita sendiri demi kepentingan diri sendiri... Eh, come on lah, there's no challenge in your career advancement biler you senang2 jer dapat sesuatu promotion or credits tuh... Life is a challenge... whether you take it or leave it... 

Tapi tulah kan? Sikap manusia... nak cepat, nak selamat... suka sangat amik jalan pintas cenggitu... dah x kira aper dah...janji gaji masyuk, x der orang nak touch... there you go... hu hu hu...

  4. suka entry ini..walaupun hanya bergelar surirumah tak pernah mengalami mcm ni tapi suami pernah mengalami bila org atas yg dapat kredit..cian yg bawah bekerja keras..

  5. ni semua berbalik pada sikap, bukan zaman keja jer, zaman belajar pun sama...situasi ni ada jer kat mana-mana...sedehhhh!

  6. haha politik opis biasalah...mmg biasalah immediate supervisor amek semua kredit tu...

    tapi yg bagi "extra service" tu mcm menarik je....hehehe nanti ai bukak satu company nak panggil diorg ni khas buat "extra service"...company tu nama dia "Timizero KTV and Lounge"...hahhak sori gurau2 je...

    bagi Okje rezeki dan bakat jugak memainkan peranan ...

    Kalu yg tak dipromoted tu... rezeki dia ada kat lain tu ... jangan risau... Pangkat tinggi tinggi, walaupun gaji besar, jangan lupa tanggungjawab pun besar!
