Hari-hari biasa, I mean werking days.... calories menjadi satu isu utama dalam pengambilan pemakanan (diet la kunun.... ^_^ muahahahaha). Apa saja yang nak dikunyah atau ditelan, kena fikir sepuluh kali dulu.... ekekekeke... pas tu cuba limitkan pengambilan makanan tuh dan kalau seboleh-bolehnya x nak sentuh nasik pown.... poyo jer kan? Al-maklumlah... semenjak dua menjak mengalami perubahan hormon nih, selera makan tuh laen macam cket... 

Tapiiiiii.... bila weekends.... CALORIES DOESN'T COUNT hoccay? ^_^... Rugilah kalau asyik mengira calories dalam makanan dan tegah diri sendiri dari makan itu dan makan ini during weekend.... wakakakakaka... dan secara automatic-nya segala diet and calories count terbatal di hujung minggu... Rugilah...kalau lah kata mama masak sedap sedap or sendiri masak mender yang teringin sangat nak makan or lama tak makan.... biar cenggitu jer... Kesian makanan tuh... wakakaka... Pas tu kempunan... 

Especially mums' cooking... I don't know bout other, tapi selalunya akan tewas ek... Tak bley nak elak dari enjoying mums' dishes... Air tangan ibu kan terbaekkkkk! Even masak sendiri pown x sama lah rasa dengan masakan mak kannnn? Diet? Wakakakaka...bley continue Monday sampai Friday....
