Mama x sihat dulu semalam. So, makan pun tak berapa nak selera. Biasanya kalau mama tak sihat, mama suka makanan yang masam-masam sikit. So...saya pun for the first time dulu semalam, masak Nasi Goreng Tomyam..

Bahan-Bahan (4 orang)

  • 2 mangkuk nasi
  • 5-6 ekor udang segar
  • 1-2 ekor sotong  - potong ring
  • 200g daging ayam - potong kecil-kecil
  • 4 biji bawang merah - hiris
  • 2 biji bawang putih - ketuk
  • 3-4 biji cili padi - tumbuk @hiris - kalau nak pedas
  • 1 paket perencah tomyam @ 2 kiub pes tomyam
  • Kubis - hiris kecil-kecil
  • Carrot - hiris memanjang @ dadu
  • Tomato - potong dadu
  • 1 batang serai - ketuk
  • 3 helai daun limau purut - racik-racik
  • 1 biji telur
  • Garam
Cara-Cara

  1. Tumis bawang merah, bawang putih hingga naik bau dan kuning.
  2. Masukkan perencah tomyam, kalau kering sangat tambah air sedikit. Masukkan cili padi skali jika inginkan pedas.
  3. Masukkan ayam. Biarkan ayam masak sekejap.
  4. Masukkan sotong, udang, carrot, tomato, serai dan daun limau purut. Gaul rata.
  5. Pecahkan telur dan taburkan garam. Gaul. Masukkan nasi dan gaul rata.
  6. Last skali masukkan kobis. Gaul mesra dan tutup api. Hiaskan dengan daun bawang dan hirisan lada merah. 
  7. Hidangkan bersama ayam goreng berempah, keropok ikan dan sup ayam jika suka.
