Arghhh....minggu yang agak hectic dan haywire rasanya... cause minggu nih memang tersangatlah busy adanya...mana nak menyiapkan tugas hakiki lagi... mana nak siapkan performance appraisal for staff lagi... hu hu hu...

Cerita tentang nilai menilai orang nih, I just want to share my point of view... Okaylah...let me be honest... as Head of Unit, responsibilities tu memang lah tersangat berat...dan biler mana kita menilai prestasi seseorang staff tu, kita kena adil, saksama dan rational serta liberal...irregardless macam mana rapat pun kita dengan seseorang staff itu... kenalah professional dalam menilai kan? Lagipun pihak management dah tetapkan certain guidelines yang patut dipatuhi serta diikuti... 

Bukan senang kay... sebab kita memang kene sangat sangat jujur, sangat sangat telus...sebab semua ni melibatkan periuk nasi orang lain... Bukan menilai ikut emosi atau perasaan atau rasa...tapi perlu dinilai dari aspect how do they deliver their tasks and how do they bring themselves up towards their career... Bahaya ooo...kalau tersilap nilai or nilai ikut perasaan dan emosi...silap-silap haribulan, yang sepatutnya deserve good marks dapat low marks, yang sepatutnya dapat low marks dapat good marks...Ishh... x baik naya orang... 

Boss slaloo pesan... "hang pa, jangan wat naya dan tabuq pasiaq dalam periuk nasik orang lain... melainkan kalau depa yang duk tabuq pasiaq dalam periuk nasi sendiri tu memang apa pun tak boleh la... tapi depa pown mesti pikiaq takkan la depa nak tabuq pasiaq dalam periuk nasi sendiri...." hu hu hu... 

Jujur dari hati, penilaian saya is based on how do i see their performance, how do I experienced working with them and what they have proven and performed... I try my best to give the best marks that come to my knowledge and through my observation on their performance...bukan suka-suka pilih or setkan benchmark from one staff or another... To me...semua orang ada equal opportunity, equal rights...but it's all depends on them... betol tak? 

Hu hu hu, bukan stakat diaorang jer yang nak dinilai, saya pown kena dinilai jugak oleh boss... Sibuk dok siapkan appraisal depa... appraisal sendiri tak buat buat lagi... Haihh....
