Propa meaning "manipulasi relatif secara sengaja dengan menggunakan simbol (kata-kata, muzik, sikap) terhadap fikiran atau tindakan orang lain dengan sasaran terhadap kepercayaan, nilai dan perilakunya... Dalam erti kata lain, Propa yang dimaksudkan adalah orang yang kuat memanipulasi, suka mengadakan cerita dengan tujuan atau niat tertentu. Yang paling senang nak paham, propa ni adalah mengada-adakan cerita yang tak wujud untuk membuatkan orang percaya.... Walhal, tak der aper pun sebenarnya...so jangan mudah tertipu dengan orang-orang yang propa... :)
