Perghhh, makan memang ler sedappp ye tak??? Tapi lepas tu nak bakar??? Bercinta dan berjahit "uols"... hik hik hik...bukan setakat fikir sebelum berkata2, fikir sebelum menaip, tapi nak makan pun kena fikir dulu "uols" la ni, tak boleh main2... ekekeke...kalau nak "fit" badan kita kenalah sentiasa berfikir dan berhati2 dengan pemakanan.... Namanya pun diet sihat ye tak??? Kalau dah makan sedap2 tu, kenalah "pay for the price" kalau nak maintain.... kalau tak alamatnya memboyaklah badan nanti... uhuksss... masa tu, memang jangan nak salahkan sesiapalah kan??? Tu namanya salah sendiri sebab tak beringat... 

*Nasib dalam pantang tak makan benda2 ni kan??? Kalau tak jenuh gak nak "exercise" tu dengan perut dipotong macam ni... ahakssss.... *_^... "Uols", kalau nak diet atau nak kurus lepas makan semua2 makanan yang kat atas ni jangan lupa bakar balik tau kalori tu.... ^_^...

    makan lebih dari exercise..kekadang langsung takde exercise...

    kalau boleh nak elak dari makan makanan mcm tu farah..tapi tulah...

  9. ahah..IbuNoey paling suka makanan yang last tu..tapi tu dia..kena exercise guna jumping rope lebih daripada sejam?ayoyo..
